What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

Last updated: August 6, 2026. This policy explains how ESPINOZA TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“we”) handles personal information collected through dcyphr.us.
Information we collect
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. Card numbers are entered on the provider’s hosted fields and we never receive or store them.
- Account information — if you create an account, your email and a hashed password.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and server logs.
- Correspondence — what you write to us and our replies.
Why we use it
- To take payment, ship your order and handle returns
- To answer your questions and resolve problems
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To meet tax, accounting and consumer-law obligations
- To send marketing email, only if you asked for it
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the shop:
- Our payment processor, to take payment
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel
- Our hosting and email providers
- Analytics providers, to understand how the site is used
- Government or law-enforcement bodies where the law requires it
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that help us see which pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout will not work correctly without the necessary ones.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Support emails are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing email
California residents additionally have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email support@dcyphr.us from the address on your order. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over TLS and payment pages are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Children
This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
