These Terms of Service govern your use of dcyphr.us and any order you place through the store. The store is operated by Wyoming LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, at 370 17th Street, Denver, Colorado 80202, United States. DCYPHR is the store and product brand.

By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Any payment method you use must belong to you or be used with the owner’s permission.

2. United States store

This store currently sells and ships within the United States only. We do not accept international delivery orders.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately, including available sizes, colors, materials, and fit. Screen settings vary, so a product’s color may appear slightly different on your device. Products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order-confirmation email confirms that we received your order but does not mean that the order has been accepted. The purchase contract is formed when we dispatch the order and send a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information was published in error, payment cannot be authorized, address verification fails, purchase limits are exceeded, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will issue a full refund.

5. Prices, taxes, and shipping charges

Prices are shown in United States dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated using the delivery address and shown at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed before payment.

For merchandise subtotals below $200 after discounts and before tax, paid shipping generally ranges from $5 to $50, with an average charge of approximately $25. The final charge depends on the product, quantity or weight, delivery address, and available delivery speed. Standard shipping is free for merchandise subtotals of $200 or more after discounts and before tax. Available shipping methods and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment.

If a price is published incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

6. Promotions

Promotional codes apply only for the stated period, products, and minimum spend. Codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or corrected where permitted by law.

7. Changing or cancelling an order

Email support@dcyphr.us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been handed to the carrier, we will make reasonable efforts to change or cancel it. If cancellation is completed before shipment, we will issue a full refund. After shipment, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

8. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is 4–12 business days depending on the product, delivery address, and selected shipping service. Faster delivery, when available, is generally 4–7 business days; standard or economy delivery is generally 8–12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date where available, and give you the option to wait or cancel for a prompt full refund.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address.

9. Returns and refunds

10. Customer accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with the operation or security of the store; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; or use automated systems to extract protected store content except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

12. Intellectual property

The store’s branding, layout, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by Wyoming LLC or used under license. You may view and print store pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from protected content without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, and social platforms. Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyoming LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or an order. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@dcyphr.us so we can try to resolve the matter. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court, contacting a consumer-protection agency, or relying on any mandatory rights or venue available under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. The updated date will appear at the top of the page.
