Terms & Conditions

Last updated and effective: August 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of dcyphr.us and any order you place through it. The site is operated by ESPINOZA TECHNOLOGIES LLC, 3200 Washington Street, Madisonville, KY 42431, United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, and the payment method you use must be yours or used with permission.

2. Products

We sell DCYPHR-branded menswear as a retailer. We describe each item as accurately as we can, including fibre content and fit. Screens vary, so colours on your device may differ slightly from the garment. Products are offered subject to availability and we may change or discontinue any item.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, the price or description was published in error, payment cannot be authorised, address verification fails, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Shipping is shown before you pay and is set out in the Shipping Policy. If an item’s correct price is higher than the price shown, we contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We never charge more without your agreement.

5. Promotions

Discount codes are valid only for the period, products and minimum spend stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Changing or cancelling

Email support@dcyphr.us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been handed to the carrier we will amend or cancel it and refund you in full. Once shipped, use the return process instead.

7. Shipping, risk and title

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk and title pass to you on delivery. Lost, delayed and damaged parcels are handled as described in the Shipping Policy, which also sets out your cancellation rights under the FTC Mail Order Rule if we cannot ship on time.

8. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently.

10. Intellectual property

The site’s layout, code, text and photography are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish, resell or create derivative works from the site without our written permission. All third-party brand names and marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the federal laws of the United States. We would much rather sort a problem out directly, so please contact us first — most issues are resolved in a single email. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small-claims court or from making a complaint to a government or consumer-protection agency.
